Do agents need any special hardware?
No. A decent laptop, stable internet and a headset is enough. Calls happen over our cloud telephony — no PRI lines or PBX needed.
Can I monitor if agents are really working from home?
You see login time, breaks, calls taken, talk time and idle time. You can also monitor calls live, whisper, barge-in and review recordings for QA.
How long does it take to go live?
For a fresh setup: 24–72 hours depending on number procurement and CRM integration. For number porting, it depends on your current provider’s timelines.
Can I start small and then add more agents?
Yes. You can add or remove agents month-on-month. For Scale packages we pre-agree on minimum seats and slabs.
